Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please give 24 hours' notice.

If you cancel more than once within 24 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee. I will require deposit for next appointment.

ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time. As your appointment time is already set, we cannot guarantee a full treatment if you are late.

INFILL for lash extension treatment

Infill has to be done within 4 weeks. Please ensure that you have at least 30-40% of lashes left. Otherwise, we will charge you full treatment price or we cannot guarantee a full treatment within your appointment slot.

キャンセレーションポリシー

キャンセルされる場合は24時間前にご連絡ください。

もし、24時間以内のキャンセルを2回以上された場合はキャンセル料が発生いたします。

次回予約される際はデポジットを頂きます。

到着時刻

予約時間通りに到着をお願いいたします。お客様のご予約時間はすでに決まっているため、もし遅刻された場合はフルトリートメントの保証はできかねます。

インフィル(付け足し)　まつ毛エクステンションの方のみ

インフィルのご予約は４週間以内にお越しください。また、エクステの残りが３０-４０％以下の場合は、正規の値段での徴収もしくは、ご予約時間内でのフルトリートメントの保証はできかねます。
